Proof of Membership in US Lacrosse active through March, 2010 is a requirement to play in this league!! Log on to www.uslacrosse.org & click on membership to register online or call: 410-235-6882 for further information.
Dates: The League will operate Saturdays, noon to 9pm & Sundays, 9am - 2 pm starting November 7, 2008 through March 21, 2010. Games will consist of two 25 minute running time halves. Teams will play 8 vs 8 on full field. Limit of 3 long sticks/team on the field at one time.
Fees: $2200/team for 10 game schedule. Fee includes 16 reversible jerseys per team; jerseys are required game uniform. Additional jerseys may be purchased for $12 each.
One Check for the full team fee must be received along with Waiver & Release of Liability forms for all team members. If a team does not have required number of players at game time a $50 forfeit fee will be assessed. Since all fees are assessed on a per team basis, the League will not be responsible for individual refunds. Make checks payable to: Ultra Lacrosse

No FOOD or DRINKS (except water) will be allowed in the Turf area.
Any player whose actions are deemed detrimental to the league may, at the discretion of the director, be suspended from the league without refund. FIGHTING and UNSPORTSMANLIKE CONDUCT WILL NOT BE TOLERATED !!
